the IT and HR fields, to partner with the business and champion their product.
It is fundamental that you have prior knowledge of HR systems and the ability
to passionately articulate this solution across all levels.
This role is autonomous, and as such you must be self-driven, organised, have
attention to detail while being able to translate both the systems functionality
and client needs. The ability to match the system capabilities effectively to the
client requirements will be crucial in this role.
To be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate the following:
• Knowledge of e-HR solutions such as functionality and benefits.
• A quality track record of B2B sales experience within the mid-tier market
• A working knowledge of a Payroll or HR technology business is desirable.

to fill a 12 month contract for the People and Development
Manager in one of their client groups. Leading a small team,
this position reports to the Head of People and Development.
This position is responsible for the day to day Human Resource
operations of the client group, including all employee related
legislation obligations and providing a suite of human resource
services and solutions to the key client departments.
The position is broken up into multiple responsibilities; talent
and performance management, internal consulting, strategic
development, leadership and reporting. Above all, the most
important responsibility is the performance management of the
client group. This, as well as the rest of the responsibilities will
help to progress the already strong Human Resources buy-in
across the entire organisation.
